Odessa police arrested a man wanted on a federal warrant on Saturday.
A release stated OPD arrested Leonard Edward Daniels, 51, on a warrant for felony parole violation.
Officers responded to the area of 10th and Dixie in Odessa on Saturday afternoon in response to a call on criminal mischief in the area. Upon arrival, officers made contact with one of the involved parties, identified as Daniels, before investigation revealed Daniels was wanted.
Daniels’ parole violation charge stems from a charge of smuggling persons.
