Odessa police arrested and charged a man with aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony, after investigating a report of sexual assault involving a 10-year-old girl.
Police said the girl was assaulted by a known person identified as 36-year-old Reyes Molina Viscaino. Viscaino was arrested Wednesday. The sexual assault was reported to the Odessa Police Department Dec. 6, according to an OPD news release.
A forensic interview was conducted and a sane exam was administered on the victim, the release stated.
