Odessa police charged a man with his fourth DWI after a traffic stop early Tuesday.
Eduardo Santos, 39, was stopped and arrested on JBS Parkway after midnight as Monday night went into Tuesday morning, an Odessa police release stated.
Santos was pulled over traveling at 64 mph in a 45 mph zone, the report stated, in a white 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. He was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. Investigation then revealed Santos had three prior convictions on DWI charges.
