The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Aug. 10, 2021. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.
ASSAULT
Jessica Lindsey Waid, 33, was indicted assault family/household member previous conviction IAT, third degree felony.
Miska Janiece Robinson, 34, was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault date/family/house with deadly weapon, second degree felony.
INTOXICATION ASSAULT
Leo Andre Flores, 22, was indicted on two counts of intoxication assault with vehicle serious bodily injury, third degree felony.
INTOXICATED MANSLAUGHTER
Leo Andre Flores, 22, was indicted on four counts of intoxicated manslaughter with vehicle, Second Degree Felony.
