The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed. The prosecuting attorney was not listed unless otherwise stated.

ABANDON ENDANGER

Vanessa Morales, 25, pleaded guilty Oct. 13 in two counts of abandon endanger child criminal negligence (SJF) and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

ARSON

Kelly Joe Wooten, 46, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to arson causing bodily injury/death and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Johanna Curry was the attorney.

ASSAULT

Angelica Garcia, 38, had two counts of an aggravated assault with deadly weapon (F2) charges dismissed Oct. 12. Judge Denn Whalen presided. Jason Leach was the attorney.

Austin Dale Twilligear, 26, had an assault family/house member impede breath/circulation charge dismissed Oct. 14. Judge James Rush presided.

Christopher Andrew Williams, 42, had his probation revoked Oct. 9 on the charge of assault family/household member with previous conviction and was sentenced to three years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Felix Neboh was the attorney.

Erick Rodriguez Tercero, 31, was granted dismissal and discharge Oct. 14 on the charge of assault- family violence. Judge John W. Smith presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Fredrick Bloodsaw, Jr., 28, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge dismissed Oct. 18. Judge James Rush presided. Dennis Jones was the attorney.

James Paul Edward Martinez, 28, pleaded guilty Oct. 18 to assault family/household member previous conviction IAT and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Don R. Fletcher was the attorney.

Kelly Joe Wooten, 46, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to assault peace officer/judge and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Johanna Curry was the attorney.

BURGLARY

Dwan Jerome Routte, 23, pleaded guilty Oct. 13 to burglary of habitation and was sentenced to four years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. J. Roxane Blount was the attorney.

Gustavo Castanedo, 30, pleaded guilty Oct. 18 to burglary of habitation and was sentenced to eight years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

Manuel Alexis Martinez, 23, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to debit card abuse and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge W. Stacy Trotter approved the deal. Kevin Acker was the attorney.

DWI

Gustavo Castanedo, 30, had a driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age charge dismissed Oct. 18. Judge James Rush presided. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

Gustavo Antonio Natividad, 25, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age and was sentenced to four years probation and two years in state jail (suspended). Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Kelsey Jewell Robbins was the attorney.

EVADING ARREST

MANUFACTURE DELIVERY

Jorge Rojo Aldaco, 24, pleaded guilty Oct. 13 to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance, more than 400 grams, and was sentenced to eight years in prison. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Allison Ilene Aldana, 33, had a possession of a controlled substance charge, less than one gram, dismissed Oct. 14. Judge James Rush presided.

Andres Hernandez Saucedo, 50, had a possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, charge dismissed Oct. 12. Judge John Shrode presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Christy Wilson Wade, 48, pleaded guilty Oct. 12 to possession of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, and was sentenced to seven years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. David Zavoda was the attorney.

Clinton Tyrel Williams, 26, pleaded guilty Oct. 13 to possession of a controlled substance charge, more than one gram, but less than four grams, and was sentenced to six months in state jail in an order adjudicating guilt.

Corey Roes, 25, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to possession of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, and was sentenced to five years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Mike Holmes was the attorney.

Doyle Ray Burnett, 54, had a possession of a controlled substance charge, more than one gram, but less than four grams, dismissed Oct. 15. Judge John Shrode presided. Jason Schoel was the attorney.

ROBBERY

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Arron Fuentez, 20, had a sexual assault of a child charge dismissed Oct. 14. Judge James Rush presided.

TAMPER/FABRICATE
