ECTOR COUNTY FELONY DISPOSITIONS: June 7, 2021

The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed. The prosecuting attorney was not listed unless otherwise stated.

ASSAULT

Alexis Michelle Barrientes, 23, pleaded guilty May 26 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

Bradley Allen Pepper, 42, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge dismissed May 27. Whalen presided. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Christopher Ramos, 22, had an assault on a public servant charge dismissed May 27. Whalen presided. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.

Daryl Wayne Wright, 45, pleaded guilty May 28 to assault-family violence and was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Keith D’andre Muldrew, 27, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal June 1 on the charge of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. Judge Bill McCoy presided. Bob Garcia Jr. was the attorney.

Kerry Anthony Muldrew, 57, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal June 1 on the charge of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. McCoy presided. Tommy W. Hull was the attorney.

BAIL JUMPING

Precious Calicutt, 24, had a bail jumping and fail to appear felony charge dismissed June 2. Judge John Shrode presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

BURGLARY

Clayton Lee Thomas, 32, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal June 1 on the charge of burglary of habitation. McCoy presided. Roy Bell Jr. was the attorney.

Lori Rabon, 45, had a burglary of habitation (F2) charge dismissed May 27. Rush presided.

Kara Laine Fulton, 39, pleaded guilty June 1 to burglary of habitation and was sentenced to two years in prison. Whalen approved the deal. Justin Wayne Low was the attorney.

DEADLY CONDUCT

Emmanuel Valderaz Granados, 32, pleaded guilty June 1 to deadly conduct and was sentenced to six years in prison. Whalen approved the deal. Mike Holmes was the attorney.

Jared Aranda, 22, pleaded guilty June 1 to deadly conduct and was sentenced to 10 years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

DWI

Armin Cordova Aguilar, 45, pleaded guilty June 1 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to five years in prison. Low approved the deal.

Erik Gonzales Lizalde, 47, had his probation revoked March 19 on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge John W. Smith approved the deal. Gary Garrison was the attorney.

Mario Quesadar, Jr., 29, pleaded guilty June 1 to driving while intoxicated third or more (F3) and was sentenced to five years probation and eight years in prison (suspended). Low approved the deal.

EVADING ARREST

Albert Angel Armenta, 36, was granted community dismissal and discharge June 1 on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams. Whalen presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Alfredo Granado Sanchez, 40, pleaded guilty June 2 to possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, (SJF) and was sentenced to 63 days in county jail. Shrode approved the deal. Jason Leach was the attorney.

Casandra Evette Fowler, 38, pleaded guilty June 2 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to six years probation and 10 years in prison. Shrode approved the deal.

Christopher Daniel Mendoza Rios, 21, pleaded guilty June 1 to evading arrest/detention with vehicle and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Low approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Daniel Puente, 24, pleaded guilty May 27 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Low approved the deal. Matthew Pospisil was the attorney.

Jason Dwight Waller, 31, pleaded guilty May 14 to evading arrest detention with previous conviction (SJF) and was sentenced to nine months in state jail. Rush approved the deal. BJ Brown was the attorney.

Jesus Garcia, 28, had an evading arrest detain with vehicle (F3) charge dismissed June 1. Rush presided. Jaime A. Villalobos was the attorney.

ILLEGAL DUMPING

Jose Alejandro Robles, 29, was granted community supervision dismissal and discharge June 1 on the charge of illegal dumping more than 1,000 pounds or 200 cubic feet. Whalen presided. Justin Wayne Low was the attorney.

INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE

Andrea Lavonne Phillips, 26, pleaded guilty May 26 to injury child/elderly/disable with intent bodily injury and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Whalen approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Amber Shainn Morales, 39, pleaded guilty June 1 to possession of a controlled substance, more than one gram, but less than four grams, and was sentenced to three years in prison. Low approved the deal. Jason Schoel was the attorney.

David Juan Acosta, 54, pleaded guilty March 1 to possession of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than four grams, and was sentenced to three years in prison. Smith approved the deal. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Fernando Granados Valenzuela, 32, pleaded guilty May 21 to manufacture deliver of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, (F1) and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Whalen approved the deal.

Harvey Vasquez Flotte, 36, pleaded guilty May 26 to possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, (SJF) and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail in an order adjudicating guilt. Rush approved the deal. Glen G. Halsell Is the attorney.

Jacob Wyatt Hubbard, 29, pleaded guilty March 23 to possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, and was sentenced to 20 months in state jail in an order adjudicating guilt. Smith approved the deal. Phillip Wildman Jr. was the attorney.

Rosario Gallegos Rivera, 61, pleaded guilty May 26 to possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Whalen approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

Ruben Antonio Marquez, 26, pleaded guilty June 2 to possession of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, a lesser included offense and was sentenced to four years in prison. Rush approved the deal.

Samuel Moreno, 22, was granted community supervision dismissal and discharge June 1 on the charge of lesser included possession of a controlled substance under one gram. Whalen presided. D. Bret Mansur was the attorney.

ROBBERY

Brandon Wayne Pollock, 34, pleaded guilty June 1 to robbery and was sentenced to five years in prison. Whalen approved the deal. Dennis Jones was the attorney.

Christopher Mojica, 30, pleaded guilty June 1 to four counts of aggravated robbery (F1) and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Whalen approved the deal. Don R. Fletcher was the attorney.

James Michael Pinick, 36, had a possession of a controlled substance charge, less than one gram, dismissed June 2. Low presided. Felix Neboh was the attorney.

Isaac Delbosque, 34, pleaded guilty May 26 to aggravated robbery and was sentenced to 20 years probation and deferred adjudication. Whalen approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

Lexy Lana Lujan, 19, pleaded guilty June 1 to robbery and was sentenced to 10 years probation and deferred adjudication. Low approved the deal. Don R. Fletcher was the attorney.

Maryann Oyoque, 41, pleaded guilty May 14 to tampering with governmental record and was sentenced to three years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Rush approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Mike Colunga Sanchez, III, 39, had a tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to Impair charge dismissed May 26. Rush presided. BJ Brown was the attorney.

THEFT

Alejandro P. Aranda, 42, pleaded guilty June 1 to theft property, more than $2,500 but less than $30,000, and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail. Whalen approved the deal. Dennis Jones was the attorney.

Matthew Dwight Pritchard, 30, had a theft of firearm charge dismissed June 2. Low presided.

UNAUTHORIZE USE OF VEHICLE

Shane Ray Jones, 26, had his probation revoked June 1 on the charge of unauthorize use of vehicle and was sentenced to 198 days in state jail. Low approved the deal. Jason Schoel was the attorney.
