Paul Garza Jr., former Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce CEO, has been charged with theft of property, a second-degree felony.
According to the affidavit, unauthorized transactions for the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce were made over a period of over six months for an estimated total of around $52,000, a news release stated.
Garza was arrested and booked at the Law Enforcement Center.
