ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: June 5, 2018

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on June 5, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ABANDONING/ENDANGERING CHILD

  • Itzel Vazquez Barrera, 23, was indicted on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child with intent to return, a state jail felony.
  • Osmany Romero Peguero, 38, was indicted on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child, a state jail felony.

ASSAULT

  • Mykel Erin Sanchez, 29, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Joshua Cortez, 25, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Kavas Sueon-Dejohn Green, 20, was indicted on four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all of which are second-degree felonies; and a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
  • Brandon Cruz Ramirez, 23, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Gregory Alan Amos, 58, was indicted on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony; and obstruction or retaliation, a third-degree felony..
  • Steven Sage Saenz, 26, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault against a public servant, both of which are first-degree felonies; and charges of evading arrest with a vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.

BURGLARY

  • Lucas Jovon Ruiz, 18, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a first-degree felony.
  • Morgan Orosco, 29, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
  • Michael Shannon Fitzgerald, 49, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Manuel Galvan Longoria, 26, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Terry Jay Burleson, 56, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Oscar Humberto Meza, 49, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Cruz Ivan Gabaldon, 26, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and abandoning and endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.
  • Jonathan Nathaniel Galindo, 18, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Alfred Lee Michael, 40, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

FORGERY

  • Luis Castillo, 21, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a third-degree felony.

INJURY TO CHILD

  • Leo Richardson Jr., 61, was indicted on a charge of injury to a child causing bodily injury, a third-degree felony.
  • Benjamin Matthew Dominguez, 35, was indicted on a charge of injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury (family violence), a third-degree felony.

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Ruben Antonio Marquez, 23, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Tracy Lynn Marriott, 24, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Danisha Carroll, 23, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Pedro Mariscal Rodriguez, 35, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Danita Gayle Earnest, 61, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Mathew Melendez, 20, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Alexander Rangel Martinez, 33, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Kendrick Hernandez, 26, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Candido Gonzalez Almaraz, 25, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Ashley Alldredge, 28, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Jose Rolando Tores Salazar, 24, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Talior Ashlie Olmsted, 29, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third-degree felony.
  • Grant Albert Haworth, 32, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Michael Wayne Hammond, 46, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Gregory Don Ellsworth, 57, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.

PROHIBITED SUBSTANCE/ITEM IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

  • Michelle Fuentes, 42, was indicted on charges of prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Mary Ann Portillo, 21, was indicted on charges of prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Christi Lynn Uballe, 39, was indicted on charges of prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

ROBBERY

  • Joshua Erin Palmer, 28, was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • David Lujan Pineda, 40, was indicted on a charge of robbery, a second-degree felony.

SEXUAL ASSAULT OF CHILD

  • Brandon Jarome Shaw, 29, was indicted on two counts of sexual assault of a child, both of which are second-degree felonies.

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

  • Garrett Sterling Robinson, 24, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physica
    l evidence, a third-degree felony; and theft from a person, a state jail felony.

THEFT

  • Heather Aranda, 34, was indicted on a charge of aggregated theft, a state jail felony.
  • Frank Ybarra Rios, 49, was indicted on charges of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, both of which are state jail felonies.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Luis Manuel Mendoza Jr., 17, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Jordan Josiah Villanueva, 17, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Roberto Holguin Jr., 34, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Justin Dale Smith, 38, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARM

  • Michael Tolbert, 33, was indicted on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony.
