ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: June 5, 2018 Part II

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on June 5, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

  • Kavas Sueon-Dejohn Green, 20, was indicted on five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all of which are second-degree felonies; and two counts of evading arrest with a previous conviction, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Jose Sigero-Contreras, 20, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Daylan Delderai Guthrie, 40, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Natalie Martinez Bejarano, 31, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • Jonas Shermaine Curry, 39, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Ramon Garcia III, 18, was indicted on charges of assault (family violence), a third-degree felony; and abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.
  • Elgin James Castillo, 36, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence) with a previous conviction, a third-degree felony.
  • Tommi Umu, 24, was indicted on charges of assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony; and driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony.

BURGLARY

  • Michael Tolbert, 33, was indicted on two counts of burglary of a habitation, both of which are second-degree felonies; and a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony.
  • Luis Manuel Mendoza Jr., 17, was indicted on charges of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Carlos Stewart, 42, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
  • Arthur Lozano, 17, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
  • Cruz Hervey Tarin, 31, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Jason Dwight Waller, 29, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.

CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE

  • Kashmon Kylie Cruickshank, 23, was indicted on charges of continuous violence against the family (family violence) and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Luis Angel Tabares, 27, was indicted on a charge of continuous violence against the family, a third-degree felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Troy Lynn Teague, 44, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Gerardo Alonzo Lopez, 34, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Ed Elliott Esparza, 47, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGISTRATION

  • Gilberto Munoz Minjarez, 66, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements, a third-degree felony.

INTOXICATION ASSAULT

  • Emanuel Guadalupe Gonzales Flores, 22, was indicted on a charge of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony.

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Aaron Phillips, 18, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Casey Hooper, 29, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Casey Jo Smith, 28, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Jonathan Noel Gomez, 28, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Christopher Lamont Fowler, 44, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Emelio Contreras, 22, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Lance Jordan King, 27, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Darrick Wilborn, 47, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Vince Edward Wallace, 50, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Moses Coy, 47, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third-degree felony.
  • Rodrigo Ortiz Jr., 34, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third-degree felony.
  • Christopher Dean Simpson, 17, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Robert Ray Floyd, 32, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
