ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: Jan. 22, 2018

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Jan. 22, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

  • Deshawn Lasal Warren, 39, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • Lori West Bennington, 53, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Jose Cruz Licon, 43, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member with previous convictions, a third-degree felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Pablo Urias-Galaviz, 46, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Delbert Lynn Caswell, 56, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

FORGERY

  • Tina Ann Goforth, 43, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.
  • Argelia Ceja Reyes, 46, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.
  • Le Elizabeth Carrasco, 28, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Jace Xavier Lopez, 19, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Dominick Isaiah Loya, 20, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Courtney Danielle-Ione Pritchard, 23, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Nemecio Ramon, 33, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Evan Lane Carter, 29, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Debra Frost Christenson, 63, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third-degree felony.
  • Stephanie Villareal, 27, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony; and prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, a third-degree felony.
  • Mark Blade Antillo, 20, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a second-degree felony.

PROHIBITED WEAPON

  • Amber Brooks, 38, was indicted on a charge of prohibited weapon, a third-degree felony.

SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILD

  • David Salinas, 52, was indicted on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child (family violence), a first-degree felony.

THEFT

  • Heather Haskins, 24, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a third-degree felony.
  • Christopher Lee McCarty, 30, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $30,000 or more but less than $150,000, a third-degree felony.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Manuel Isaac Payne, 22, was indicted on two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, both of which are state jail felonies.

VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER

  • Samuel Llanez Trayon Jr., 30, was indicted on a charge of violation of a protective order by committing assault, a third-degree felony.
