The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Feb. 21, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.
ASSAULT
- Carlos Manuel Rocha, 42, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction, a third-degree felony.
BURGLARY
- Marcelo Sherman Bernal, 48, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
- Alexis Vicente Hermosillo, 21, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony, a first-degree felony.
DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
- Brandon Scott Chaffin, 32, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
DWI WITH CHILD PASSENGER
- Kristy Ray-Lee Bloomfield, 27, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, a state jail felony.
ENDANGERING CHILD
- Tawni Marie Gutierrez, 23, was indicted on a charge of endangering a child, a state jail felony.
EVADING ARREST
- Darnell Alan Polk, 35, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
- Jose Saenz, 23, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, both of which are third-degree felonies.
- Quincy Harold Williams, 41, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
- Ashley Cruz, 22, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
- Shavonna Latishia Gray, 40, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
- Ronny Pyrell Johnson Jr., 25, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
- Tiffany Michelle Overby, 29, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
- Jose Armando Gonzalez, 19, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
- Nickolas Devon Villanueva, 20, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
- Edward Warren III, 36, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
- Clinton Brignon, 27, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
- Deminnie Antoinette Hernandez, 30, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, both of which are state jail felonies.
- Oscar Geraldo Alvarez Jr., 36, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
ROBBERY
Terrance Duane Guess, 38, was indicted on a charge of robbery, a second-degree felony.
Jessica Lyn Dutch, 38, was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and theft of property, $30,000 or more but less than $150,000, a third-degree felony.
Keith Lee Ellis, 39, was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and theft of property, $30,000 or more but less than $150,000, a third-degree felony.
THEFT
Rory Deleon, 51, was indicted on a charge of theft, a state jail felony.
