ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: April 25, 2018

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on April 25, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

  • Ryan Alexander Becerra, 22, was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all of which are second-degree felonies.
  • Christopher Alexander Jones, 31, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • James Edward Ricks, 56, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Guss Andrew McComack, 28, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Diamanaza Justice, 17, was indicted on a charge of assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony.
  • West Pool, 38, was indicted on a charge of assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony.
  • Tommi Umu, 24, was indicted on a charge of assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony.
  • Eugenio R. Navarrete, 45, was indicted on charges of assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

BURGLARY

  • Robert A. Deering, 39, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.

CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE

  • Jessie Lee Oliver, 50, was indicted on a charge of continuous violence against the family, a third-degree felony.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

  • Breann Marie Tavarez, 18, was indicted on a charge of debit card abuse, a state jail felony.
  • Eddie Lee Massingill, 52, was indicted on a charge of credit card abuse, a state jail felony.

DEADLY CONDUCT

  • Isidro Pena, 31, was indicted on a charge of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony.
  • Marcelo Bejarano Jr., 18, was indicted on a charge of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Fernando Lara Gonzales, 58, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Luis Armando Guzman Jacuinde, 21, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Rick Wright, 34, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Aaron Heath Anaya, 25, was indicted on two counts of evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Ociel Carrillo, 62, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Jose Maria Molina, 43, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.

FAILURE TO STOP/RENDER AID

  • Shamorree Howard, 21, was indicted on a charge of failure to stop and render aid, a third-degree felony.

FORGERY

  • Esiquel Spencer, 45, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.
  • Stacy Lee Frances Sparks, 49, was indicted on a charge of forgery, a state jail felony.

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Brooke Marie Jackson, 29, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Alberto Baeza Leyva, 23, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.

MURDER

  • Michael Tarin Silvas, 35, was indicted on a charge of capital murder, a capital felony.
  • Johnny Ray Aguirre, 36, was indicted on a charge of capital murder, a capital felony.
  • David Ryan Dearick, 28, was indicted on a charge of capital murder, a first-degree felony.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Anthony Carl Williams, 41, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Christian Landeros Orozco, 34, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Lorenzo Lozano, 34, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Rigo Chavez, 19, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Natalie Nicole Rivera, 32, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Alfredo Torrez Ruiz Jr., 34, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Mary Ann Portillo, 21, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Matthew Cruz Gonzalez, 22, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

  • Julian Gerald Rodriguez, 27, was indicted on a charge of sexual assault, a second-degree felony.

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

  • Tonya Hope Shaw, 41, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony.

THEFT

  • Anthony Jacob Ard, 22, was indicted on charges of theft of property and credit card or debit card abuse, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Derrick Alfred Morris, 34, was indicted on charges of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000; and evading arrest with a previous conviction, both of which are state jail felonies.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Devin Morris, 28, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Jennifer Ann Estrella, 43, was indicted on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, both of which are state jail felonies.
