The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed.

ASSAULT

  • John Michael Morris, 39, had a charge of aggravated assault dismissed Feb. 12 in the interest of justice. Judge John Smith presided. Kevin Acker was the defense attorney. The prosecuting attorney was not listed.
  • William Antonio Rosales, 23, pleaded guilty Feb. 15 to aggravated assault against a public servant and was sentenced to eight years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Robert Garcia was the defense attorney. The prosecuting attorney was not listed.
  • Tedrick Antwoin Wall, 33, pleaded guilty Feb. 15 to assault on a public servant and was sentenced to five years in prison. BURGLARY

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
