The City of Odessa Planning Director Randy Brinlee is scheduled to give two presentations about rezoning one plot for light commercial and the other for a tavern.
The public hearings are part of the Odessa City Council meeting set to start at 6 p.m. Tuesday on the fifth floor of City Hall in the City Council Chambers located at 411 W. Eighth St.
