The unveiling of the Chris Kyle Memorial Highway will take place at 10 a.m. today at the Chris Kyle Memorial Plaza located on the VA/MCH Mission Fitness grounds off Highway 191 East.
The Odessa Chamber of Commerce along with members of the memorial statue committee and major donors will be present.
Guests include: Rep. Brooks Landgraf, Senator Kel Seliger and Taya Kyle, widow of Chris Kyle.
