Come and explore your career options at the annual Odessa College Career Fair, an event which provides job seekers excellent opportunities to meet with representatives from area employers.
The fair is free and open to students and the public from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the OC Sports Center ICA Community Gym. The Sports Center is located at 201 W. University Blvd.
Job seekers should bring copies of their resumes to distribute to employers and dress professionally, as company representatives will be taking applications and discussing available job opportunities. Some of the participating companies may conduct job interviews during the Career Fair.
Companies representing the healthcare, finance, trucking, oil and gas, electrical, higher education, hospitality, and law enforcement industries will be among the numerous employers present to meet with students and the public.
The Odessa College Learning Resources Center staff will help attendees create their resumes and set up their GoEducate accounts. GoEducate provides students and job seekers with real-time career and credential insights, academic pathways, and in-demand job opportunities.
Odessa College representatives also will be available to discuss workforce training and educational opportunities available at Odessa College.
