The 2018 Burritos for Badges has been scheduled from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm Saturday at three different Rosas locations. The Odessa Police Department will be at the Rosas located at Highway 191 and Faudree Road. The Ector County Sheriff’s Office will be at the Rosas located on West County Road. The Midland Police Department and Midland County Sheriff’s Office will be at the Rosas on Andrews Highway in Midland.
Specialized units will be on display and photographs with local law enforcement officers will be available for small children.
Raffle tickets will be sold for a 2018 Polaris Ranger 500 UTV (first prize, $9,000 value), a Sagebrush 21 Gun Safe (second prize, $2,900 value), and a Howa 308 Rifle 20 inch Barrel Camo with Scope & Bipod (third prize, $1,135 value).
The raffle tickets are $20 per ticket or $100 for 6 tickets.
There are a limited number of tickets and you do not need to be present to win. All of the money made from this event will benefit OPD, ECSO, MPD and MCSO. This is an excellent opportunity for the public to meet and show their support for local law enforcement officers.
