Odessa Arts will honor the 2021 Friends of the Arts recipients: Betsy & Buzz Hurt, Sondra & Toby Eoff, and Michael Marrero during the Black & White Ball at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Downtown Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, Permian Ballroom, 305 E. Fifth St.
There will be dinner, dancing, Casino Royale and more.
