A free community family celebration will take place from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. July 23 at McKinney Park Sprayground, located at 625 W. Pool rd. Odessa.
The event, which will be called Code Enforcement Back to School Block Party, will be presented by Hanna Law Firm.
The event will include free COVID-19 vaccines and free kids t-shirts for the first 200 as well as free snow cones and door prizes.
