A 42-year-old Alabama resident was killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning 25 miles west of Odessa on State Highway 302.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Tommy Jo Bohrbough of Clanton, Ala., was driving a Dodge Ram pickup west on SH 302 when he rear-ended a Mack truck and trailer being driven by a 60-year-old Odessa man who was preparing to make a right turn onto a dirt road shortly after 6 a.m.
Bohrbough, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to DPS.
