E-Paper Technical Help
Before you give us a call, there are some initial steps you can follow that will probably help solve your problem.
Requirements: A modern Web browser. The e-paper is known to work with Internet Explorer 6.0 and up, Firefox 1.0 and up, and Safari 2.0 and up. The e-paper should work with opera, but you must set Opera to NOT identify itself as Internet Explorer. If your browser does not meet these requirements, or you’re not sure if they do, you can download the Mozilla Firefox web browser for free at www.mozilla.com/firefox/.
The following is a list of specific steps that might help get e-paper running right for you.
Is your setup supported by the e-paper? To find out if your setup is supported by the e-paper, see the requirements above.
Clear your browser cache. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can go to the Microsoft page on clearing the cache. For other users, see the Lexis Nexis Helpsite on clearing browser cache.
Disable your pop-up blocker. Some functions of the E-paper require pop-ups. Alternately, you can allow pop-ups for the E-paper web page only.
Make sure cookies are enabled. Some functions of the E-paper also require cookies to be enabled.
Try to view the e-paper in a different browser. If you have another web browser installed, try to use a different browser on your computer.
Update your web browser. If you do not have the latest version of your web browser, update it. Most web browsers can be updated freely. Alternately, you can download a modern browser for free from www.mozilla.com/firefox/.
Restart your computer. Sometimes problems can arise that require your computer to be restarted. Give this a try and see if you can view the e-paper.
