Mr. and Mrs. David Sledge are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Shelley Sledge to Kyle Cunningham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Cunningham of Odessa, Texas.

Shelley is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Sledge of Midland, Texas and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Harmon of Mansfield, Texas. She is a 2001 graduate of Lee High School. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Christian University in 2006 was Kappa Kappa Gamma. Shelley is employed by the Midland Independent School District as a Health teacher and AVID teacher, student council sponsor and coaches the Lee Rebel Junior Varsity Volleyball Team.

Kyle is the grandson of Mr. And Mrs. Larry Foster of Midland, Texas and Frances Cunningham of Weatherford, Texas. Kyle is a 2000 graduate of Permian High School. He graduated from Texas State University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, 2006. Kyle is employed by Pioneer Natural Resources as a Land Department Division Order Analyst. Shelley and Kyle will reside in Midland, Texas.
