The WTX Cowboys 7U team pictured after their big win with new trophy Oct. 6. The team have been playing together for about 2 to 3 years with an undefeated record. Back in September the head coach from the Horn frogs who play in the Tyfa league contacted the team to schedule a scrimmage. After an overtime scrimmage game play, the Horn frogs beat the Cowboys by one point. A rematch was scheduled for Oct. 6 at the Grande Stadium. It was a great competitive game that ended with the Cowboys beating the Horn frogs 24-18.
