Construction gets underway on the new Women and Children’s Center Thursday morning at the Odessa Regional Medical Center West Campus. The new Women and Children’s center features $14 million worth of renovations including new flooring, fixtures, equipment and wall coverings and the process is expected to be completed in the summer of 2021.
