The Odessa College Board of Trustees will consider approval of the 2024 tax rate at their meeting at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in the Wood Health Sciences Building Community Room, 201 W. University Blvd.
The proposed total tax rate for the coming year is $0.17688 per $100. The proposed rate is greater than the no new revenue tax rate, which means an increase of 3.04 percent.
The tax rate of $0.171666 last year for 2023 was a decrease of 9 percent from the 2022 tax rate of $0.188643, according to information from Odessa College.

Property Committee: Proposal for demolition property; monthly financial statements and budget amendments; and quarterly investment reports.
