Odessa College invites community members to a series of information sessions to discuss Vision 2030, a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing education, workforce development, and community engagement in Odessa and the surrounding areas.
Vision 2030 seeks to modernize facilities, expand educational programs, and create a vibrant community hub that supports the diverse needs of our residents. The initiative represents Odessa College’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and modern environment where students and community members can thrive.
The community information sessions will be held on the following dates and locations:
- Oct. 1, at 6 p.m. – LBJ Elementary
- Oct. 3, at 6 p.m. – Buice Elementary
- Oct. 9, at 6 p.m. – Downing Elementary
- Oct. 10, at 6 p.m. – Blackshear Elementary
- Oct. 17, 6 p.m. – Woodson Community Center
These sessions will provide an opportunity for community members to learn more about the Vision 2030 initiative, share their ideas, and ask questions. Attendees will hear from Odessa College leaders about the plans for modernized facilities and expanded programs that will better serve students and the community.
