A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit baby gets an ECHD police escort and a ride on the elevator as it is transported to the MCH Center for Women and Infants NICU that has been repaired following the Oct. 15 fire. The Center for Women and Infants will open for all patient care including labor and delivery Monday.
