The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on June 7, 2019. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

 

ASSAULT

  • Albaro Juarez Cruz, 33, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence) with previous convictions, a third-degree felony.
  • Adrian Garcia Flores, 33, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Patrick Garner Sullivan, 27, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Marcus Andrew Williams, 19, was indicted on two counts of assault on a public servant, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Terry Lynn Williams, 56, was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), all of which are second-degree felonies.

 

BURGLARY

  • Jesus Julian Young, 19, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Jacob Alfredo Young, 19, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.

 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

  • Victor Manuel Diaz, 39, was indicted on a charge of credit card or debit card abuse, a state jail felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Eric Rex Lujan, 35, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Byron Lee Easley, 41, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Kimberly Kay Hamilton, 57, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

 

ESCAPE (ATTEMPTED)

  • Maxemo Gomez Dominguez, 25, was indicted on a charge of attempting to commit escape while arrested or confined, a state jail felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Lavanson Raymon Rhone, 54, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
  • Donovan Bingaman, 20, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000; and attempting to commit escape while arrested or confined, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • David Houston Roe, 34, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • George Alexander Zdarek, 29, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.

FORGERY

  • Kirsten Leanne Cook, 29, was indicted on a charge of forgery, a state jail felony.
  • Philip Andrew Cruchelow, 30, was indicted on a charge of forgery, a state jail felony.

 

KIDNAPPING

  • Mario Gonzales Barrientes, 40, was indicted on three counts of aggravated kidnapping (family violence), all of which are first-degree felonies; and charges of assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction, a third-degree felony; and evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.

 

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Jennifer Monique Lester, 36, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Holten Cole Parker, 20, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Gilberto Castro, 43, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Derek Hector Casas, 40, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony; and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.
  • Megan Deshay Smith, 32, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a first-degree felony; and delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), 50 pounds or less but more than five pounds, a second-degree felony.
  • Jenna Janae Fann, 31, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a first-degree felony; and delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), 50 pounds or less but more than five pounds, a second-degree felony.

 

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Hector Royce Quintela, 30, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), five pounds or less but more than four ounces, a state jail felony.
  • Darlin Lamar Emory, 31, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Stevie Hunter, 20, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Jose Torres Herrera, 32, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Armando Meza Duran, 45, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Sergio Baeza Carrasco, 38, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Sandy Lynn Sykes, 43, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Robert Lance Ahnert, 42, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Christopher Stone, 43, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Francisco Antonio Venegas, 30, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Enica Ramirez, 41, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Ruben Alonzo Dominguez, 29, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third-degree felony.
  • Stephen Wayne Blue, 30, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third-degree felony.

  • Luis Alberto Lujan, 23, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Bobby Shaun Drake, 21, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Joseph S. Greenough, 39, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Cesar Carrasco Guillen, 38, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Luis Robert Vasquez, 37, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Jose Fierro, 33, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Jessica Lenee McGary, 27, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Cassi Jo Rincon, 32, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Sherry Lynn Provence, 42, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony; and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.
  • Julian Jones, 22, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Jesus Fransisco Rios, 18, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a second-degree felony.

PROHIBITED SUBSTANCE/ITEM IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

  • Jose Enrique Cortez, 23, was indicted on a charge of prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civil commitment facility, a third-degree felony.
  • Michael Dean Hollowell, 43, was indicted on a charge of prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civil commitment facility, a third-degree felony.

SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILD

  • Shirley Anna Harmon, 36, was indicted on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years of age, a first-degree felony; and abandoning or endangering a child under circumstances that would place the child in imminent danger of bodily injury, a second-degree felony.

 

SEXUAL ASSAULT 

  • Dunk McDavid, 67, was indicted on a charge of sexual assault, a second-degree felony.

TAKE WEAPON FROM OFFICER

  • Michael Rashad Jameson, 27, was indicted on a charge of attempting to take or taking a weapon from an officer, a state jail felony.

 

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE 

  • Wesley Eugene Hollowell, 61, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

 

THEFT

  • Lizet Martinez, 30, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.
  • Lisa Villa Juarez, 30, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Reynaldo Arevalo, 29, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Christopher Hamilton, 27, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Felipe Luis Marceleno, 19, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Oswaldo Franco, 38, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Donnie Jamez Rudd, 26, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Angelina Faith Dominguez, 37, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.

 

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARM

  • Cory Lane Morris, 39, was indicted on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony.
