College basketball: UTPB men fall to Midwestern
Comments 0 | Recommend 0WICHITA FALLS The UTPB men’s basketball team lost its second consecutive game Tuesday, falling 89-61 to Midwestern State at Ligon Coliseum.
Midwestern State (1-2 overall) shot 50 percent from the field in the first half to open a 50-30 lead. The Falcons (1-2), who also lost to Sul Ross State on Saturday, shot just 32 percent from the field for the game.
Robert Harris’ 15 points and seven rebounds led the Falcons, while Chris Dunlop added 10 points. Chris Davis’ 21 points led four Midwestern State players in double figures.
