COLLEGE: Weather causes cancellations

Organizers of the UTPB Baseball Classic canceled a slate of games scheduled for today and Saturday due to the cold weather.
The Falcons were scheduled to play Southeastern Oklahoma and West Texas A&M today, and Tarleton State on Saturday.
The UTPB softball team, which was playing in the West Texas A&M Tournament in Canyon, also had its schedule of weekend games canceled.
The Lady Falcons were slated to play against Eastern New Mexico and Southwestern Oklahoma Saturday.
