The West Texas Roughnecks re-signed two familiar faces and introduced a new one during a news conference Thursday at Music City Mall.
Jermaine Blakely and Dwayne Hogan, who played on the Roughnecks' 2006 Intense Bowl championship team, will return for the 2012 season. Malcolm Shepherd also was signed to the squad.
Hogan holds the Roughnecks' record for most rushing touchdowns in a game with six.
Shepherd played for the Nevada Wolfpack in 2010, catching 39 passes and 399 yards.
