Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Fresh off of last week's trip to play in the Washburn Tourney in Kansas, the Lady Falcons volleyball team will travel to San Antonio to take on Incarnate Word in Heartland Conference action at 7 p.m. tonight.

UTPB (13-10, 4-1 Heartland Conference) will spend the night in San Antonio and play St. Mary's at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Incarnate Word (10-11, 5-0) also played in the Washburn Tourney, but the Cardinals didn't fare as well as the Lady Falcons.

Incarnate Word dropped all four matches it played in Kansas. UTPB finished with a 2-2 record.

Lady Falcons middle blocker Krystal Polk has picked up her play in conference. Twenty-one of Polk's 72 blocks have come in conference play.
