The West Texas Roughnecks announced Tuesday that children 12 and under will be admitted free to the team's games in 2012.

LONE STAR FOOTBALL LEAGUE: Kids to be admitted for free

MIDLAND The West Texas Roughnecks introduced three members of the coaching staff and announced a new ticket plan during a news conference Tuesday.

Joining new head coach Brian Brents’ staff are Gregg Patterson, Brando Patterson and Manny Rodriguez. Patterson is the new assistant head coach and has been on the team’s staff since 2004.

Patterson was hired as the receivers coach and has been with the team for one year while Rodriguez was hired as the linebackers coach.

Team owner and general manager Dale Morris announced that children 12 and under will be admitted free to the team’s games during the 2012 Lone Star Football League season.
