Football: Fort Davis 78, Dell City 22
Comments 0 | Recommend 0DELL CITY Marcus Hartnett rushed for 211 yards and three touchdowns and Adrian Hernandez ran for 207 yards and three touchdowns, leading Fort Davis past Dell City in a nondistrict Six-Man game on Friday night.
Hartnett and Gerry Aufdengarten returned interceptions for scores for Fort Davis, which won its fifth consecutive game by the 45-point rule.
Aufdengarten had 16 tackles for Fort Davis (5-0), while Hermnandez and James Salcido both had 10 tackles. Salcido also had an interception.
Fort Davis plays Rankin, a state semifinalist in 2007, to open District 8 Division I Six-Man play at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 10.
