The Odessa Jackalopes announced Monday that the team has acquired Ryan Doucet, a 6-foot-4, 205-pound forward, from the Topeka Roadrunners for future considerations.
Doucet has scored six points (three goals, three assists) in 33 games this season.
The Jackalopes (16-22-5), six points behind Corpus Christi for the final playoff berth in the NAHL’s South Division, will face the New Mexico Mustangs in a three-game series Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Rio Rancho, N.M.
To make room for Doucet, the team released forward Chris Hellebuyck.
