COLLEGE SOFTBALL: Odessa College gets sweep

Odessa College’s softball team had little trouble sweeping a nonconference doubleheader Friday against Ranger College at Wrangler Field.

The Lady Wranglers got a home run from Delia Saucedo while winning the opener 8-3. Jolene Graham added a home run as OC won the second game 9-1.

Rachel Thompson got the pitching victory in Game 1 for the Lady Wranglers (5-3) and Saucedo won Game 2 for the sweep.

Odessa College returns to action at noon Wednesday with a nonconference doubleheader at Cisco College.
