The Falcons (5-2-1) never had a lead against the Greyhounds (1-1-1), who are ranked No. 8 in the Division II South Central Region by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Emerson Rodrigues' goal in the fourth minute gave Eastern New Mexico a 1-0 lead.
Marcelo Andre' scored his first goal of the season in the 65th minute for UTPB, ranked No. 6 in the region.
Edgar Bear scored in the 73rd minute to give Eastern New Mexico a 2-1 lead, but Linthicum scored on an assist by Carlos Guillen.
Eastern New Mexico's one shot in the first overtime was the only one in the period. UTPB took three shots in the second overtime, while the Greyhounds had one.
Eastern Mew Mexico attempted seven shots on goal, while UTPB had 10.

Monahans graduate Bailey Marcum led UTPB (7-7) with nine of the team's 27 kills, but the Lady Falcons made 24 attack errors and recorded an 0.024 hitting percentage.
Abilene Christian had 38 kills, including nine each from Jennie Hutt and Jordan Schilling, and made only 19 attack errors.
UTPB setter Brianna Ausdenmoore had 21 assists and 16 digs.
UTPB plays host to Texas A&M International at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Falcon Dome in its Heartland Conference opener.
