Premier Development League soccer: Baton Rouge hammers West Texas United

BATON ROUGE, LA. The West Texas United Sockers had their two-game Premier Development League winning streak snapped Sunday.
The Baton Rouge Capitals ripped the Sockers 6-2 at Christian Life Stadium. No statistics were available by press time.
West Texas United (5-10-0, 15 points) concludes its season at 7:30 p.m. Thursday by playing host to Laredo at Grande Communications Stadium in Midland.
