Woman accused of filming 16-year-old girl strip (+MUG)(+AFFIDAVIT)

A 21-year-old Odessa woman was arrested and charged with sexual performance by a child after, arrest documents state, she was identified in a nude picture with a 16-year-old female and filmed the girl while she stripped.

Sierra Elizabeth Galvan, 2453 Idlewood Lane, was being held Friday in the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

The parents of a 16-year-old female made a report to the Odessa Police Department on Oct. 10 after they found a cell phone picture and video camera footage of Galvan with their daughter, an arrest affidavit stated.

The parents gave written permission to check a cell phone used by the juvenile, and police found a picture of Galvan and the 16-year-old both nude and in “a sexually suggestive pose” together, the affidavit stated.

The parents also gave police a video camera they said belonged to Galvan and, after obtaining a search warrant, police noted the video contained footage of Galvan kissing the juvenile and the juvenile removing her shirt and showing her breast, the affidavit stated. Records also state Galvan can be heard on the tape saying “I think you look fantastic,” “strip for me,” and “get naked for me.”

During an undated interview with police, Galvan admitted to officials that she took photos and the video of the juvenile, the affidavit stated.
