Water main break

Lewis said he arrived on scene around 4:30 p.m. and expects that the repair will take all night.

As of 7 p.m., the runoff had flooded streets as far south and west as University Boulevard and Muskingum Avenue and was still flowing. The two men said that only three or four houses were affected when the water was turned off.
