Burglary of a Building
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his storage shed without his consent sometime between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of Dale Street.
Debit Card Abuse
>> An Odessa man reported someone used his debit card without his permission at 10:52 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 2400 block of West Loop 338.
Possession of a Controlled Substance
>> A 53-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 7:55 a.m. Feb. 25 in the 1200 block of North Tom Green Avenue.
Francisco A. Munoz, 1212 N. Tom Green Ave., was being held Thursday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
Tampering with Evidence
>> A 41-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence at 4:17 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 800 block of Reynosa Street.
Henry Gonzales Duran, 910 Zacatecas Ave., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
