The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

Numbered addresses of crime victims’ private residences and locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him by cutting him with a knife sometime between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of West 10th Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone pointed a shotgun at him sometime between 9 p.m. and 9:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of West Fifth Street.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

>> An Odessa man reported someone threatened him with a gun and caused $4,500 damage to his car at 1:48 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Bruck Avenue.

 

ASSAULT

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him by tackling him at 1:40 a.m. Sunday in the 5200 block of East University Boulevard.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> Watermill Express, 3000 North Dixie Boulevard., reported someone took a silver change box worth $1,700 and caused $800 worth of damage to a door at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of North Dixie Boulevard.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her $1,800 television and other electronics from her home sometime between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of South Lee Avenue. 

>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her $1,500 television from her home sometime between 10 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of South Jackson Avenue. 

>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her 32-inch flat-screen television from her home sometime between 12 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Ellis Drive. 

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his $3,000 flat-screen television and laptop computer from his home sometime between 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of East 10th Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his 19-inch flat-screen television and other electronics from his home sometime between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of North Sam Houston Avenue. 

 

CREDIT CARD ABUSE

>> The Lilly Pad, 2219 E. 42nd St., reported someone used a company credit card without permission between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of East 42nd Street.

 

DEBIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card without her permission Nov. 4 in the 1300 block of East Eight Street.  

 

EVADING ARREST

>> A 29-year-old Humble man was arrested and charged with evading arrest at 12:19 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Bunche Avenue.

Anthony Draper, 8308 Opalwood Lane, was being held Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $125,420.

 

FORGERY

>> Taco Villa, 2500 E. Eighth St., reported someone passed a counterfeit bill Friday at 2:54 p.m.

 

POSSESSION OF COCAINE

>> A 28-year-old Oklahoma City man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 1:57 a.m. in the Ector County Detention Center at 2500 S. Highway 385.

Omero Cordova, 8008 S. Youngs Blvd., was released Saturday from the Ector County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.

>> A 21-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of East 23rd Street.

Jaquale Clark, 321 Hudson Avenue, was being held Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on $40,000 bond.

 

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 17-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 2 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of East Eighth Street. 

Jonathan Carrillo, 2512 N. Hancock Ave., was released Thursday from the Ector County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.

 

STALKING

>> An Odessa woman reported someone waited for her and sent her threatening messages at 12:22 p.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of North Grandview Avenue.

 

THEFT

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his two ATVs, a laptop computer and other equipment worth a total of $3,880 from his backyard sometime between 11 p.m. Thursday and 2:30 p.m. Friday in the 3000 block of Ranchland Avenue. 

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his vehicle without permission sometime between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of East 21st Street.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his vehicle without permission sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the 3900 block of Engelwood Lane.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her vehicle without permission at 2:15 p.m. Friday at the corner of 13th Street and Jackson Avenue. 

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE, BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> A 51-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and burglary of a building at 3:59 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of Pittsburgh Avenue.

Kelly Amos, 319 Pittsburgh Ave., was being held Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $15,000.
