Come on up for Verizon

Verizon Wireless, the nation’s largest voice and data network, has announced it is now open for business in former Alltel markets, including Odessa.
The company, which completed its purchase of Alltel earlier this year, has brought its HopeLine program to Odessa. The program allows residents to donate old cell phones to be recycled or refurbished, with proceeds benefiting domestic violence survivors.
Former Alltel customers now have access to Verizon’s services and can visit a Verizon Wireless store for sales and service.
