A local group is organizing a TEA protest scheduled noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Park - the old Buffalo Wallow, located on 42nd Street and JBS Parkway.

A number of "Taxed Enough Already" parties have been scheduled across the nation. The event will feature speeches, musical performances by Lawanna Lambert, Connie Cherrybone, Leslie Jones and Kevin Jones.

Shirts will be available at the TEA Party for a $10 donation.
