Financial aid month

Odessa College is looking to increase awareness among students on regarding financial aid during the month of February.

Each year, about $135 billion is available nationally to students to help fund their college education.

Throughout the month of February, which is nationally recognized as financial aid month, the college will be offering opportunities for students to learn more about financial aid. Additionally, every Monday during February, there will be classes offered to teach students on how to apply for grants, scholarships and student loans at 6:30 p.m. in the college’s Joe Zant Jr. Community Room.

Students who participate in the meetings will have the opportunity to win door prizes, including a new iPad.
