Odessa UPS Store raises $3,431 for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The UPS Store, 2000 E. 42nd St., in Odessa recently raised $3,431 for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation as part of a nationwide “60 Days of Giving” campaign.
This year the UPS Store in Odessa raised more than any UPS Store in the entire nation. Since 2005, the UPS Store and Mail Boxes Etc. network has raised more than $1.3 million for the cause.
The money raised locally will benefit children in the Ector County community and surrounding area.
From Oct. 26 through Dec. 24, The UPS Store offered customers the opportunity to purchase Toys for Tots donation cards for $1 each, with 100 percent of proceeds supporting local Toys for Tots efforts.
