Man stabbed in face

MIDLAND A 20-year-old Midland man was stabbed in the face early Tuesday after leaving a nightclub, authorities said.

The man’ injuries are not life threatening, police said.

Midland police are looking for an Hispanic male in connection with the stabbing, which happened about 2 a.m. in the 1200 block of East Jax Avenue.

Authorities have not determined a motive, but the victim told police he thought someone was following him when he left the club and pulled over.

Police said the suspect approached the car, knocked on the window and stabbed the victim in the face and head. To provide information, call 498-2750.
