Sims speaks about shooting

The Odessa man accused of shooting two men June 1, killing one of them, has spoken out about his situation.
CBS 7, during an interview with Sims' parents, was able to speak with Sims about the incident and how he has felt since.
Sims said he regrets it ever happened and still lives in fear. CBS 7 also spoke with the man who survived the shooting, Timothy Acuff, who also said he regrets what took place but has a different version of why it happened.
