Have customers for your small business? Want to keep them?
The Small Business Development Administration is offering a free class today called "Customer service: Your best service." It begins at 6 p.m. at UTPB's CEED building, FM 1788 and Highway 191.
The free business seminars are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at various times year-round. Lessons include learning how to write effective business plans, marketing personal business or improving customer service.
