Comments 0 | Recommend 0State senator sets meetings across district
AMARILLO State Sen. Kel Seliger is kicking off his annual town hall meetings across Senate District 31.
The Amarillo Republican will be visiting each of the 26 counties throughout the Panhandle, South Plains and the Permian Basin during the next several weeks to "discuss with constituents the issues important to them in preparation for the 81st Texas Legislature that convenes in January."
"Town hall meetings are a very effective way to communicate our activities to our bosses --the people -- and more importantly, to listen to their concerns and see how we can address them in the upcoming legislative session," Seliger said.
